What is it with you EBay? You place one of my listings as not being in stock when it is! My listing (EBay item number 373041814859) is still in listed and in stock. I had a buyer who purchased this item and failed to follow instructions. The reason the item was not sent to the buyer was because they did not read the shipping and payments on the item. It is listed as local delivery! AGAIN I STATED TO EBAY THAT THE LISTING STATES IN SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS THAT IT IS ONLY FOR SALE LOCALLY. It isn't my fault that a buyer didn't read that the item in the listing clearly states Shipping to: Will arrange for local pickup only (no shipping.) How hard is it to read that?
The problem I am having is EBay does not respond to my messages to them. It is because they have no humans on their team! It is all run by AI (Artificial Intelligence) which really amounts to no humans are there! EBay is doing a **bleep**-poor job and is only interested in money, not service, not helping their sellers, just Grab-The-Cash.

The listing has ended!
If it was bought then the listing ends, if you don't complete the transaction you need to relist.

Pretty sure all the eBay employee's are human LOL
And not sure why youu couldn't just have cancelled the order using Problem with buyers address

If the buyer didn't know it was local pick only, cancel the order as a problem with the buyers address.
Then relist the item.

Why not ship it? You ship everything else.
Local pickup shows up in small letters at the top, and you have a large font, bolded paragraph regarding shipping in that listing, so yes, people will think that you would ship it.

To answer the question, I'd argue the competency of the staff you get contacting eBay rivals only that of the members contacting them.

No buyer is going to see that you only do local pickup on that listing. You gave no instructions for buyers to read. In your description it clearly talks about how you ship items. Change your description, remove all those larger letters, and don't mention anything about shipping if you are not going to ship.

I believe the "poor job idiot" is on the sellers part in not realizing YOU said you'd ship, in that VERY LARGE FONT.
Don't try to make this ebay's mistake, don't try to make this the buyers mistake, this is on YOU.
Ain't it funny how some guy comes ranting about an issue and we find out it's THEIR issue?
