Is there an issue with Seller Dashboard?

This evening I was doing a casual review of my performance, when I noticed that my Late Shipment Rate was marked as 0.11%, which is impossible, as I ship out every item on time, every day, with USPS Tracking either scanned by the USPS counter worker or at the USPS lobby kiosk.

So I clicked on "Seller Dashboard"; but what I'm getting in response is a half-faded out screen.  And, when I click on "Late Shipment Rate" and "Get full report," all I'm getting is bright red letters, reading "Oops, we ran into a problem.  Please try again later."

Well, I've been trying "later" all evening, with no changes.

Anybody else having this issue?

This was posted here.

Yes I've seen the same message after clicking the Get Full Report link, I think it was a couple of days ago,  it's still showing the same error now.

Like you I have a very low rate showing, I was just wondering when it would be going away as the low rating itself means nothing and has no effect on my Top Rated status.

It may be that they are doing some maintenance on that report.  I get the same message as you did.  It likely will be gone by tomorrow, Monday at the latest.

While I currently don't have the issue, I have had late shipment defects so up in the past.  When I research them I find that Ebay made a mistake.  I contact Ebay and they get it fixed pretty quick.  There have also been times in the past that I got a bit too busy with stuff to contact them for a few days.  By the time I was available to contact them, the defects were gone.

So try not to worry too much.  Just contact Ebay, they will likely get it taken care of you in short order.

I've seen this happen from time to time in the past, but not for a long time.  It may be a good idea to contact Ebay and see what is going on.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.  Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is.  Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message.  It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.facebook.com/eBay/

Your options will be on the left.  If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.  Not all options are available 24/7.  It will depend on staffing available.  So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't.  Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me.  If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
