Is there a way to make "Require Immediate Payment" default to yes when listing on cell phone?

I keep forgetting to update it the require immediate payment and have to revive my listings. I would think it would be in eBays best interest to have it default to "Yes"

As far as I know there isn't any yes to click on, you either check the box or not. Revive? They're dead? It would be a good idea for you to set up your business policies mine areset up to always have immediate payment required.
