No, there's no clear way to back up listings without a third-party tool, and most sellers do not. Even as a somewhat larger seller, we don't do anything like that. Yes, if something somehow wiped out our listings it would be very bad, but at the same time the likelihood of that is very low. More likely, a listing or two will go missing every once in a while and we have to recreate it, but the cost of that is much lower than paying for a third-party tool that may or may not work well, just to have a backup for a very unlikely event.
