My upcoming evaluation has me "demoted" from top-rated seller status because my Upload/tracking % fell to 93.5 and Top rated has to be 95+. In checking the four items causing the fall, one was a combined shipment of two separate purchases and I forgot to go in and add tracking for second item. The other three were instances around the Christmas/New Years holidays where buyers asked me to delay shipment because they weren't going to be there or didn't want package tied up in transit with all the holiday shipping. So, if I print the label to show package was shipped within my shipping time frame, but hold the package, then tracking doesn't show. If I don't print the label and ship until customer wants the item, then I haven't shipped within time frame. Either way, I get dinged.
This problem is the only thing that causes me to drop to Above Standard. I've gone into sales records and added tracking, but that's still going to show late shipments. Is there any recourse on this?

That is way to complicated for a ebay CSR to come anywhere near understanding let alone help with.
I lost TRS in November and the last defect was a item lost in shipping that I refunded because the buyer left a neg instead of contacting me, I got dinged for a seller out of stock canceled sale, tried to reason a couple times with a CSR that obviously I had the item and sent it but it never got there and it should not be a seller canceled defect but that whole concept was far to complicated to the CSR.

the thing that really frosted me on that one is that the buyer never opened a case or asked for a refund, if I would of done nothing I would of saved myself the refund and TRS. My lesson learned was never refund unless a case has been opened.

Not sure if the reps on Facebook can help with this, but as bashort said CSR are going to be useless.
