Is there a tool or method to import complete listings from another account?

I want to shift some listings from one account to another efficiently without having to complete a listing form for each one. Is this possible?

File Exchange or Turbo Lister or pay to play online services like SixBit probably.

Unless you are talking hundreds or thousands of listings, FE learning curve, and TL install/use hassles probably aren't worth it.
