No there isn’t, to talk to customer service you need to click Help & Contact at the top of any page in eBay scroll to the bottom of the page click “Contact Us” select the option that best fits your issue and keep clicking until you reach a page where you can either select a live chat or a call back.
Or you can post your issue here there are many buyers and sellers here with plenty of experience that maybe able to help you better than outsourced CS reps can.

No phone number, no email address. Just keep clicking contact us until you find a call me option. Save that to your favorites bar for fast reference. Click call me and follow the prompts. I usually get a call within 2 to 3 minutes. Phone help went away when covid arrived. Covid is gone now, but I doubt phone help will ever be back.

You would more than likely be better off posting your concern here first rather than hitting the menu tree.
