It seems that in the past few days I have not been able to get through to seller support? I get through the first 2 options on the menu, but then the phone hangs up.
Anyone know what else I can do? It have to check something on our seller account.

Not certain of the legitimacy of that #.
Quite a few folks have posted that they had better luck using Twitter or Facebook to contact eBay.

These are US CS agents employed by Ebay and can best help you with what ever the issues you have at hand.

Ebay hasn't accepted incoming phone calls in over two years. You have to either use social media (link posted above), request a call back or use live chat:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10 In the left side bar click the automated chat. When the chat window comes up, type "agent" into the chat box. You will be given a choice to use the live chat or have a call back. If you choose to have them call, make sure your phone's spam block is turned off and you are not blocking unknown numbers. If you do not have a US or Canadian phone number you will need to use the live chat.

They don't want to talk to you as your interrupting water cooler time. Please leave a message and they will get back to you sooner or later. Have a Nice Day and Thank you for using Ebay

As @southern*sweet*tea describes, give the call back feature a try. I've (so far) had good luck that way.
