Is the Subtitle Fee a one time fee?

So, it costs 1.50 for a subtitle fee. Do I pay that fee every time my item sells or is it a one time fee? Thanks

No, it's not a 1 time fee.

That fee is charged every time that item is listed- has nothing to do with 'it selling'. If your item is Buy It Now with Multiple quantities available, then it was listed as GTC (good till cancelled- meaning it automatically renews every 30 days and you WILL PAY that $1.50 fee each month it relists).

You'll pay it once each time you list your item and include it.

You will only pay for it when you first list it. If it does not sell and it is relisted the fee will be charged again if you use subtitle. That and final fees is where ebay gets their money from sellers.

Listing upgrade fees such as subtitle are per listing, not per item sold.  But like the insertion fee, it is charged every time you relist, or when a fixed price (Good until canceled) listing renews each month.
