Is the Buyer Requirements Activity Log still working?

Can any of you with a fair amount of selling activity please tell me if you see any entries listed in your Buyer Requirements Activity Log? This is the link:

I've always had a dozen or more entries showing there at any given time, caused by buyers with too many Unpaid Item strikes bumping up against my Buyer Requirements settings, but as of the past week or so, I'm seeing nothing listed there except "There is no information to display at this time." I'm not sure I believe that. Do any of you see any current entries in your log for your listings?

Yes, I have several entries for "Too many unpaid item strikes".  I don't get a lot of entries, ever.

I currently have just 3. In the past I would have 2 pages.  Basically all that get blocked now are the non-payment 2 item strikes in last 12 months.

But who is to say that some get through....we have no way of knowing.
