Is it ok to sell used motherboard and cpu with pre-licensed windows 10

I have an old PC and I want to sell the motherboard with cpu. The PC had a valid and activated windows 10 installed on it. I think that next owner can simply download windows to do a clean install and it should be auto activated. Is this correct? And is it ok for me to advertise and sell such a combo? Thanks.

Thanks for your wisdom. I will keep it simple and just sell a working motherboard and cpu combo.
