Is ebay now allowing Microsoft Windows OEM Operating System and Reinstallation CD's to be listed.

You use to have to say hardware is included, but now Nov 2024 I see hundreds of Dell Windows XP Reinstallation CD's, Dell Windows 7 Reinstallation Media listed. Most are listed with just the media no hardware or Keys.

I really don't know the ins and outs of those Microsoft rules but I do know two thing.......

Authorized Microsoft resellers may be allowed.

XP and Win7 are no longer supported operating systems which are virtually useless to anyone unless you are trying to run an old application that doesn't work with Win10/11.
