Listing marked as "no returns", buyer recieves new sealed item and claims its contents expired even though this item cannot expire as per the manufacturer.
They opened dispute, im given the options 1. give all their money back, 2. Give some money back, 3. contact buyer.
Contact buyer, no response, dispute says i have to respond by the 8th, even though i did. No info on what happens on the 8th.
Go to report buyer, get message "This information is unavailable because of a technical issue. Please check back later."
Does no one run this site anymore? What a terrible experience, feels like this company is run by russian scammers.

Good catch. Possibly that was not an option because of an expired product, or just the nature of the item that has an issue.
