Is eBay "throttling" my sales for undercutting higher priced sellers?

I started selling hand-made arcade wire harnesses around March 22 and from almost the first hour of listing my items they sold pretty continuously (not huge volume as it's not a huge volume product, but steadily at at least one and usually more per day) until almost exactly a month later, the latter half of April, when they completely stopped. All my feedback and customer interaction has been really positive, I have been steadily adding new items. The only thing I can think of is that I am undercutting a few non-US based sellers of similar products by quite a lot (on item price and shipping), and they traditionally have dominated this space on ebay for many years. As an arcade hobbyist myself, I was frustrated to have to order from these sellers and wait for international shipping while paying out the nose for items that don't really cost a lot to make. Does eBay has some sort of algorithm to maximize the fees collected, to sort of downplay much lower priced listings of a nearly monopolized category? Should I raise my prices?

Ran out of time to edit but I also want to note that my view/watcher counts have nearly frozen around the 20th of April.

Are you using Promoted Listings? Are your competitors?

No on both counts, as far as I'm aware of. I don't get the option to promote my listings, not sure why.
