Hi
Since the day eBay shifted to "Payoneer" we are struggling so hard.
We were excellent Seller & Buyer with eBay for more than 3 years without a single claim or even complain.
It took us nearly 2 months trying to verify our account with Payoneer, with no success.
No response to email or communications, rejecting official documents and being very rude over the phone.
Now we can't even communicate with eBay by emails or chats.
if someone could help with an advise, will be very appreciated.
Thanks

What type of eBay account do you have? If your account is a Business eBay account you will need to attach a Business Payoneer account. If your eBay account is a Personal account your Payoneer account should be a Personal Payoneer account.
Does your country require you to have a business license to sell online? You will need to
have that prior to signing up for managed payments.
You will need to attach a credit card to eBay for seller fees that don't come out of your payouts.
You need to make sure the name and address on your eBay account, Payoneer account and business license exactly match the name and address on your driver's license or National ID.
Payoneer should tell you right away if your account is successfully linked but then you have to wait 2-4 weeks before you get an email from eBay saying you're all set.
If that doesn't work then make a new user ID and start fresh.

This is largely a U.S. based seller forum so not a lot of us are familiar with the individual country requirements associated with establishing a Payoneer account, which, from your posting sounds like what you are having problems with. Based on the link to your website (www.eoc-me.com) your business is based in Egypt so the issue probably has something to do with your countries laws pertaining to the establishment of the Payoneer account.
EBay can do little to assist with the Payoneer problem so you will need to correct that issue and get the Payoneer account established before you can work any issues with eBay regarding linking to the account. Unsure why you can no longer communicate with eBay via email or chat what errors are you getting?
fab_finds4u provided a great link to getting the Payoneer/eBay accounts linked once you have your issues with Payoneer resolved.

Hi
Thanks for your reply.
We are a business account, and things were running smooth without complains
Just we are facing lots of issues with Payoneer
Locally we don't have any restrictions for doing online business, and we were doing already with eBay linked with Paypal account.
Now we can't even communicate with Payoneer neither eBay.
Starting a new & fresh account after building a trustful account for more than 3 years ?
It is out of question.

We are legally registered with all necessary documents & official registrations.

We get a message whenever trying to make a new chat or email
"Sorry, we're currently experiencing technical difficulties with this contact option. Please try again later."
Since 1 month now, we are receiving the same message.
Any advises

Contact them on twitter/AskeBay or on Facebook eBay for business.

Why is it that We Sellers have to contact "them" through twit/faces not Directly here?
EBAY has it confused on how a business works. When My customers have a problem I dont tell them "twit me".
Thats just doesnt make sense ebay!
And honestly sellers needs an ebay Professional Direct Staff Help Board right here not volunteers.

Using an established social media platform for eBay issues is great. Th EU have already built the platform - I’d rather use Facebook for messaging with CS. It isn’t a compromise - it is an upgrade.

Agree that starting new account would do nothing to fix the problem with Payoneer. If you cannot get the problem with Payoneer fixed and linked to the current account it a new eBay account is not going to work either.

Since I have never dealt with Payoneer I don't know how to help you with the contact problems. With eBay do you have the ability to contact them through a Facebook connection?

Is eBay closing business?
No.

In this case, the person is in Egypt, so social media is the best and possibly the only way to communicate with eBay, which, btw, has an excellent staff on Facebook and Twitter.
And they 'can' be contacted 'directly' thru the help & contact buttons on ebay pages and chats for the US and some other countries.
As far as 'how business works' social media is a large part of 'how business works'. Businesses without a social media presence loses a lot of audience. This is reality in 'today's' world.
As far as a 'Professional Direct Staff Help Board', that has been available for several years thru their Live Chats, now monthly instead of weekly, but staff can 'always' be tagged for 'direct' help.
Best to keep updated on how things work here on eBay thru announcements and community alerts/abouts/etc.

Social media is the most efficient and expedient way to contact a business at this point in the 21st century; however, it is not a requirement to contact eBay customer service via social media. No one has to contact eBay through Twitter or Facebook. There are a number of other options available through the "Help & Contact" link on every eBay webpage, including automated chat, live chat and return phone call. Don't try to imply Twitter or Facebook are the only options, because that's just dead wrong, as most other members know.

Perhaps you should, since your two negatives both indicate you didn't respond to their messages.

This is a peer-to-peer discussion board, not eBay customer service. If you're not satisfied with the response volunteers offer to fellow members, there is certainly no requirement to participate. Perhaps it may be preferable to use the "Help & Contact" link available on every eBay webpage to help resolve issues you may encounter on the marketing platform.

actually, this is good thing. These people through Facebook actually know how eBay works (to a point) and answer quickly. They understand better because it's reading instead of a script and they speak English. A huge improvement in my book.
