in no particular order and I didn't really dig into your listings to check prices or how many other sellers have the same thing.
FYI - I priced checked two of your items, it was easy because there were sponsored listings showing right on your page, you are in the narrow range with a few other sellers but they are more established and have some history. That said I'd bet it only takes a $1 lower price to move a buyer and for both items that was easy to find.

There's nothing wrong with your items, your ID or anything else, but you are in Health and Beauty (saturated) with a few items, which means you are buried. "Trending" btw means nothing. It's 'selling' that you want. I do a lot of social media selling and my items 'trend' all the time, but I have to dig in hard dirt and hustle for them to sell. It's the nature of the beast. Just keep going.

You need to do your homework on pricing.

That would be called selling. I worked in outside sales for much of my career. The first thing you sell is yourself while you introduce the company's products or service.

Does "trending" mean they are actually selling? "Trending" by itself will not pay any bills.
That aside ..
Every e-commerce site is different. I would not expect eBay to be like other e-commerce sites. Otherwise, one e-commerce site would be enough for everyone.
I think that with millions of sellers and billions of listings, you will find a whole range of seller experience.
Your question - "is eBay always this slow?" - makes the presumption that eBay is slow for everyone. That is simply not the case.

You look like a dropshipper.

'Trending' on SM is chatter and general product popularity due to chatter. An individual actually selling that trending product is another question. I have loads of likes and chatter on some of my items and many are trending, but they haven't sold yet.
