Buyer claims the TV shipped broken, i ask him to send me a bunch of pictures with different angles plus a video showing the TV serial number. I've never seen a broken TV, but it almost seems like a clever trick with stickers. Photos: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/iSMAAOSwiJZcBT1I/s-l1600.jpg

Cracks don't even match with the video and the last photo, i think the only true photo is the last one, probably from his old TV, which of course he only makes a close shot of it.

Do you have the serial number recorded and saved? The last video clearly shows the model and serial number as well as damage on the front of the TV. If you have this info saved and it matches then I am not sure why you think this is some kind of scam?
If the buyer opens a not as described return request, you have a couple options.
Your decision,
If you shipped the TV through the USPS and priority mail you will have some insurance included with the shipping label cost. You might also take that into consideration with your decision.
Good Luck Selling!

Your lucky the buyer took the time and effort to send those pictures and video. he didn't have to do that so why would he try to fake them? They look legit to me. All he had to do was file a claim; no pictures necessary.
It's a broken TV, you need to deal with the refund.

If it was damaged in shipment, file an insurance claim with your carrier.
