Is anyone else having trouble receiving Ebay call-backs?

Hello everyone! I have an issue. Over the past 1-2 months I've not been able to receive call-backs from eBay agents using the Automated Chat feature. It used to be (at least from 2021 through to about June 2024 that I'm aware of), I was able to engage the Automated Chat to request a call-back from a person. And I would be told by the chat that there is a wait time of 1-3 minutes, during which time an agent consistently took my call. Over the past 1-2 months, I've noticed that the wait times were often 20-30 minutes, and that Ebay will NEVER call back after this time, not even when the wait time is 1-3 minutes, and instead they will send me an Ebay message stating that they tried but I did not take the call. I know that they did not call back, because I've stared at my phone during the entire wait time, so that I don't miss the call. I also know that nothing about my phone has changed. Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone know why this is happening? If there are Ebay agents monitoring these chats, hearing from Ebay regarding this matter would be much appreciated. Please understand that transparency is critical to build trust. Thanks!

I haven't had a need to have eBay call me back in a very long time. 
What exactly is the issue? There are many experienced sellers as well as buyers in this forum that could help you with what ever problem you may be facing.

You seem to average one sale every other day. What in the world could possibly be going on at that level of sales that you need to call ebay all the time. 

I have sold full time for the past 4 years and haven't called ebay once and only had to contact the chat people once (when I accidentally put bold listing on like 100 items in one shot).

Ebay has called  or contacted me a few times to talk about promoted listings and to get my opinion on their card mailers (I have what is probably the most popular youtube video on standard envelope shipping), but I really just never need to talk to them.

Nope, used it twice in the last month & always a call back within a minute.  Pay attention to the phone number it gives you on the page & asks you to confirm b/c I always have to change that, as it's an old number of mine.
