My god, it was like someone just put my site on vacation mode without me knowing for the past 24 hours. Not normal sales. That's for sure. I usually put my store on vacation mode for a week at the end of the year but this year I'm afraid to.
Slow for just this week? I'm going on 8 WEEKS, right after the October update mess. I'm scared to death since the wolves are at my front door and growling!!!!
Not sure this is related but yesterday morning I noticed all of our promoted listings are no longer promoted. We are also no longer able to promote anything. 2 hours on the phone with eBay and no solution. We are TRS, account in good standing, etc.. they said it seems to be a bug and will try to get back to me in 48-72 hours. Sales have definitely taken a hit since this happened.
I haven't sold a thing here lately. Maybe because I don't have anything listed though. 🙂
Clist is doing so so. I did have my first no call no show yesterday but I don't let it bother me because at least I was getting other things done in the shop. .
Our sales were fine up to last week..so I was wondering if it was an ebay issue or something.
I suppose it depends on what you sell..with ut being the run up to christmas maybe?!
It definitely doesn't matter what you sell. I'm a toy and collectible seller and yesterday I had 2 sales. I am 60% down today compared to last year. Last year and previous years I was thinking I would have to hire someone to help me pack, because I had so many items going out. Not this year. I had a few good days during Cyber weekend / Monday, but now it seems to be dead again. If a toy seller can't have constant sales at Christmas time, there's a problem. Every previous year at this time our sales would go through the roof.
Since then, mostly all of my sales have been a result of “send offer to watchers”. But yes, it’s been quiet for this time of year, a few low dollar sales (under $20) here and there.
