Is Ebay Changing my promoted Listing Percentage and Immediate Payment required?

I have been selling on ebay for over 20 years and have seen some funky stuff going on.  I have all my listings promoted at 2% and all my items and the box for immediate payment required is checked. At Least I thought so.

I was going through some of my listings to do some updating. I noticed some of my listings are now promoting at 7.9% and higher and some of the immediate payment boxes are no longer checked.  Now I have to go through all of my listings to make sure that my listings are the way I want them. Anyone else seeing this?

Thanks ebay for the additional work where I would like to be listing new items instead of fixing your actions

Just to be on the safe side you should just end "all promotions" and start over be sure you haven't "checked box" which automatically updates percentage to match other sellers.
