Is Delta Faucet a restricted brand?

I have an aerator for a Delta bathroom faucet that I want to sell that I no longer need (that nobody else on eBay seems to be selling). I would like to know, is Delta Faucet a restricted brand on eBay? I just want to be 100% sure I can list this item before proceeding with my listing.
