For payments PayPal will be replaced I don't know about the other two you mention. Buyers will still be able to buy with PayPal but sellers will not receive payments through Paypal. But on that note eBay will collect all payments daily and batch them. So perhaps the other two you mentioned will be gone as well for receiving payments. But maybe available to buyers to purchase with.

Only ebay can answer that, however, it would seem that it would just be a duplication of services to use Authorize.net.  Payflow (being a part of PayPal) would also seem to be a duplication, but only ebay (and, maybe, PayPal) would know the status there. 

 

ebay, being the intermediator, would have to contract and pay for the services, though they could probably pass the cost on to the seller.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.
