Invoices?

How do I explain to a buyer how to request an invoice?  I have had them requested and I filled them out no problem but when someone asks me how I have no clue? Where is their "ask for invoice" button?

It’s called request total, it is found upper right corner in the shopping cart.

Your perspective buyer can put the items in their cart and request the total from you.

Did they finally provide the "request total" for app users?   Buyers that use a mobile app have only been asking for one for a couple of years now. You would think eBay would hurry up and fix this from the start but apparently not the case.

There are many reasons, even if the request total button is visible,  why it won't work.  Here are just a few. 

One of the items is on sale

BINS and auction wins are in the cart

Your buyer is out of the US, and you use the new eBay International Shipping

One of the items is IPR

They are of different shipping classes

The seller's preference is set  not to allow combined shipping discounts/invoices

etc. etc.

I don't know the answer to that question. Sorry... I mainly use my laptop and only check the app for notifications. 😔
