If the buyer paid you already, then you cannot adjust the price.

If the amount was higher, you can refund them the difference via partial refund.

If the amount was lower, then all I can tell you is to see if the buyer is willing to cancel the order (and they might not) and if they do not want to, you are obligated to fulfill the order.

We would need a whole lot more information to answer you. A screen shot would also be helpful. My guess is you are confused and part of the money you thought you would get went to taxes and fees.
