Yesterday I paid up my past due balance in full. Today eBay took an automatic payment out and paid the same invoice I paid yesterday. Is there a way to have this refunded? How can this happen

You will have to contact eBay on this issue.
You can send an email message to eBay. The email may not be up due to COVID-19 crisis.

Social media worked for me. Got an answer and resolution to my issue fairly quickly. The CSR ended up calling me. Wouldn't hurt to leave a contact number.
