Invoice for extra shipping

Hi,

Can someone please tell me how to send an invoice for extra shipping on a large item (item has already been paid for) that's going across the country?

I am trying to send an invoice for $75 for shipping 2 parts of a big dollhouse.  I put price at 99 cents & tried flat shipping of $74 but it wont sent the invoice, I'm not making anything on shipping & shouldn't have to pay out of my pocket  & I don't want her to have to pay extra money either  to cover eBay fees that have already been paid.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you!

I GOT IT- No replies need.  i adjusted it so it may cost me  a dollar .
