Invoice fee for $16.50

I got a random fee for $16.50 and I have no clue what it is from. I have not sold anything and the only things I have sold were either scammers/bots that were never going to actually buy my items.

You did sell an item in October. If the buyer didn't pay, did you cancel or file an unpaid item claim?  If not, ebay will assume that you were paid and charge you fvf.

You show something sold in October, 1 in November (probably not on invoice yet). The October sale, you needed to let ebay know that the sale did not go through by opening a 'non paying bidder' action; this will remove the final value fees. It may be too late now. Also, if you list, there's a cost (shows at the bottom of the listing before you hit 'submit'. Reserve pricing adds 7.5% even if it doesn't sell, as well as other 'features' you could have chosen when listing. But, seems like it's the October sale you never officially cancelled.

Your invoice shows what the charge is for and if it is from the Oct sale you need to pay and complete a unpaid item/cancellation case to get a fee credit that will be on your next invoice

You can file an unpaid item case up to 32 days after the transaction.   Here is the Help page about what to do if a buyer doesn't pay:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/unpaid-items.html

When you file an unpaid item claim, eBay immediately sends the buyer a message that strongly encourages them to pay for their item within 4 days. But that's all eBay does.

If the buyer doesn't pay, then after 4 days you'll get the option to close the case, giving the buyer a strike and getting a credit for your final value fee. Do not expect to hear anything about your case directly from eBay. Either the buyer pays or they don't. If you don't close the case within 36 days after the transaction it will expire, which means no strike for the buyer and no credit for you.

eBay won't know you weren't paid unless you open an unpaid item case.   If you don't, they assume you were paid either in person or via some other online method or have your own merchant account and accept credit and debit cards directly, etc.

You can open an unpaid item case after 48 hours and up to 32 days after the item sells.

Ebay can't know unless you informed them.  Sometimes there are other forms of payments other than electronic, so Ebay can't know if that happened.

Unfortunately is is too late for you to file an unpaid item case on this sweatshirt as it is too old.  You have to do that within 32 days of the purchase and you are at 34 or 35.  You will need to call Ebay and ask them for a credit.  They probably will work with you on this, but you have to call.

Anytime you have a question about what you are being billed for, you can look at your invoice in detail anytime you desire.  The details will tell you exactly what the charges are for and your account is available to you 24/7.
