After 4 days, on day 5 cancel the sale citing problem with the sellers address. That would be a messy transaction shipping to India. You might want to set you shipping preferences for items like that one and only ship locally or within the US.
Good luck.

I would explain to customer explaining that you cannot ship to India (and tell them not to make payment on order). After 4 days you can cancel order for "non payment".

wouldn't that get the buyer an unfair strike on their account for nonpayment?
"problem with buyers address" is a better option to cancel.

I'm not sure why the two previous posters have given the advice to wait four days to cancel this transaction.
Just contact the winning bidder and apologize profusely for offering a product you couldn't ship to their country. Then, assuming they agree, cancel the sale based on "buyer requested" or "buyer's address."
Telling a buyer not to pay and then cancelling for nonpayment is just plain wrong.

It isn’t necessarily to wait 4 days to cancel the transaction if the buyer has already paid. I would cancel the transaction citing problem with buyers address.
I would also send a message explaining why the transaction was cancelled.

Why does the seller need to wait 4 days to cancel for problem with the buyers address. Waiting 4 days to cancel is for nonpayment.

Cancel the order and use a problem with the buyers address as the reason.
Let the buyer know that you can't ship them to India and you had to cancel the order.

Be more careful when listing your eggs.

You don't have to wait 4 days to cancel for a problem with the buyers address you can do it immediately. Of course you should send a note to the buyer and explain why you canceled. Agree the shipping preferences need to be adjusted. Not really sure eggs are something I would even ship domestically.

As others have suggested, contact the buyer and explain that you can't ship to India and that you will have to cancel the sale unless they have a US address. To clarify, you did not offer shipping to India but the buyer was able to purchase because you did not specifically block other countries. For those listings you need to go to your shipping preference page, and next to 'exclude shipping locations' check off all other countries.

Cancel. Reason: Problem with buyers address.
Next time make sure your listing excludes areas you can not ship to.

Looks like the OP's listings are setup to only ship to the US but they may have changed them in response to the answers from this post. Or maybe possibly the buyer was using a freight forwarder.

They only offer shipping to the US but the countries they are blocking are only the ones eBay has added.
That means that anyone can buy except for those 11 specific countries.

Thank you I didn't realize you had to set both.
