Sold a Fitbit for $200 new sealed (yea me) I got it where I get my stuff to sell (legally) buyer emails me wanting store receipt then must have requested my personal info and calls and leaves voicemail. 'Hello, got item, all is good, I need a store receipt to get extended warranty' I replied that I buy in bulk and that 99% of the time sellers won't be able to provide a receipt. Hopefully that's the last of him

If buyer does leave a negative feedback it might be removed for the reason: Buyer asked for something not included in the listing (receipt from retail store) and threatened negative feedback if you did not give it to them. This is feedback extortion at its finest.
You are not the retail location for this item and the only receipt you can send them is the receipt for their eBay transaction.

A lot of times, especially with electronics, a store receipt is not required. The manufacturer can generally tell when and where it was sold.

When it comes to warranty depends on the company. Many don't require it because when they did consumers went BALLISTIC. They buy a Playstation 5 as the hot new item spending $300 more than they could have had it in a store except the resellers bought everything in the stores. Then they have a problem and try get support only to be told you've no warranty as you bought it from an unauthorized reseller.
The question would be in the advertisement was it stated that the full factory and/or extended warranty may not be in effect? If not, they can chargeback and not a leg stand on.
This is why went "The latest greatest" electronic gizmo hits you'll see all over the place, "Receipt included." That makes it basically "Proxy shopping" as if I were going to buy said FitBit for my sibling in some other state, I send the receipt with it.
There's other reasons as well, for example not too awful far back pawn shop here got nailed taking in hooked goods from various places and selling it all online. As people attempted get their access to the various manufacturer's that's when the DA got involved, the FBI and took em' down. Got a four year prison sentence and ordered to pay over three million dollars out atop it.

Sometimes when I copy the description from somewhere else, it will say something about the warranty or contact us or guaranteed for two years. I always cut that part out and make sure that none of my listings mentioned the word warranty.

just went back and looked at this description for this particular item I didn’t even write of a description I wrote sealed box and wrote the serial number in the description box. in the specifics, it does not mention warranty either. I did purchase this item completely legal, but I do not have a receipt for individual items.

Here we go! 'I want a receipt or else I'm going to leave a negative review'

I understand but cutting out anything related to warranty information does not imply no warranty, limited warranty of full warranty from the manufacturer. If you spent $2500 on a new gaming PC having bought it sealed in it's box off wherever, Craigslist or eBay and two days after the power supply goes south frying the mainboard and whatever lay its path until short to ground you'd be upset. Call up the manufacturer tell them what happened, give em' serial number and they ask for a copy of the sales receipt. They've no idea that you bought it new and sealed, they've no idea if it was from Best Buy or someone who bought it then resold it.
In the end authorized vs unauthorized resellers is quite a quandary. Some business pay manufacturers for example for exclusive domain. Back in the day we went through that with several PC Game Publisher with current titles in the day. UBISoft we could buy their stuff which mind you shipped to us under NET Terms from a distributor but the only domain we were authorized to sell said new titles within was Western NY. If we sold them online and shipped New York City we risk not only being able have UBISoft titles but also breached terms of the distributor. That's because a few corporations (Circuit City and another) had bought exclusive domain.
Things such as First Sale Doctrine do not associate with service. Me buying a brand new item from you as an unauthorized reseller does not imply that the manufacturer need honor arrangements that authorized resellers enjoy. That's why they are authorized resellers.
Right or wrong of all of it is the subject of much debate among powers that be.

Well that would be feedback extortion so in theory eBay remove any bad feedback but I offer no warranty on that! 😁
If the receipt is itemized I'd black out anything not pertinent to this item, snap a photo and off it goes. If it's not itemized then well... If it were me I'd be apologizing and requesting she return it as "I dont have an itemized reciept." Either way, sounds like you've one of those buyer's that may just be a problem no matter what you offer.

I contacted ebay and they said the same thing. They said either send them a screenshot of the ebay invoice, a screen shot of the chat , tell them to call ebay but they are not allowed to demand anything.

The issue is items resold are second hand sales as for as the company goes. So, even new in the box never opened items often won't have a warranty. For that the buyer need to by "new" from a factory dealer. It's like new old stock. That never filled out warrant card might not mean too much 10 years later when it gets sent in.
eBay has made the line between retail and flea-market a bit fuzzy.

unless you’re an authorized seller, it’s all flea market. that’s why when I’m purchasing on AZ for myself I always make sure the seller is AZ because it’s authorized of course they don’t tell sellers buyers that and if you’re not careful, you’re buying from a third-party and it’s not warrantied (most of the time)

What happens when eBay wants to see your receipts?
