International shipping hub

Good morning, I recently started shipping international with the eBay program. My first question, is California an official eBay hub? Second question, I live in Ohio and thought my packages should go to Illinois, why are they going all the way to California at a much higher shipping rate? TYIA

How can I contact the International Hub? My parcel has been there for many days. Why hasn’t it been delivered to me?

     If it is past the expected delivery date provided by eBay when you placed the order simply open an INR claim in eBay.
