International Shipping Mix-Up

I had two packages to be shipped through eBay International on the same day, unfortunately I mixed up the labels and one customer received his package with the other buyers item, the other buyer has not gotten their package yet. Is there any way to fix this situation, should I contact the buyer who has not received their package yet and have them refuse it  and if they do do I eat the shipping costs coming back to me, I am at a loss as what to do. Any Suggestions?

I do not think there is any way to have either package returned to you.

If the problem was not caught by the inspection it is now EIS's problem.

Years ago I paid $10 bucks for a small item, but when the package showed up it was a large box and when I opened it, it was the vintage 1970's Star Wars X Wing still sealed in box worth a small fortune. Needless to say, I was shocked. The seller realized his mistake and messaged me. We laughed about it and I shipped it back and he paid for the shipping and even refunded the money for my original item.

The good news, you wont have to refund anyone.

The bad news, the items are gone once they send them back to eBay for liquidation.
