I sold to France, the tracking showed DELIVERED, the Paypal account shows the address linked to the tracking number, and the resolution was to refund the buyer. I've submitted an appeal hoping someone would notice that eBay made a mistake. Guess what? Again, appeal closed in the buyer's favor. Thank you eBay to help buyers stealing from us.
