Tennessee here and same **bleep** message, it was working from 4am to 530am because I got a few things listed in that time. I went back to sleep and at 8am nothing is working. eBay, you are costing all of us money, the least you could do is NOT charge the $0.50 listing fee once we can get caught up! When you go to their help and contact page it says, “if you are having trouble in a certain area of our site please try again later, we are looking into it”. When I check for outages a bit ago though it didn’t say anything about any issues within photos Dept.
