...and this is why maintenance/updates should be tested on a staging site before being applied live. I can also confirm this error affects image uploads using the API, so anyone using 3rd party apps, turbolister, etc is also screwed until issue is resolved. Yah us!

Same thing is happening here when trying to make a new listing. We also have to ship through the Paypal website this morning as we cant ship through Ebay as it keeps saying error but it wont tell us what the error is. Errrrr !!!!

I also got an error printing shipping labels.

I was able to print labels with my free Stamps.com account.

If you don't have a Stamps.com account, then there's no monthly fee if you ONLY print eBay labels. The prices are the same, except the USPS Priority non-flat rate prices can be slightly higher than eBay. You simply hit the "refresh" icon to pull over orders and then can batch print. It has a nice feature that prints the quantity and SKU on the label, which eBay doesn't do (they only print a SKU, no qty).

I tried stamps.com and ended up being charged $20 membership fee after my free membership ran out. It’s a waste of money if all you do is print labels, you can get a better discount if you ship through eBay, and not to mention you don’t have to pay a fee to use ebays label method or even usps websites.

Still unable to list. If this takes 72 hours I am going to be beyond mad. That two days of work I can’t miss out on! This IS how some of us make a living. I find it very hard to believe that with all of ebays money and resources they can’t resolve this matter in a more timely fashion.

I switched to eBay.ca to see if that would make a difference but nope, did get a different message this time though.

You might have signed up for another promotion. There are links where it's free as long as you only print eBay orders. I've been on it for about 9 months without a fee.
