Internal Error (ME200)

My wife's using chrome on a windows computer and is getting this error trying to upload photos to the listing.  I cleared the chache, still no go.  help anyone?

If you are able to upload photos using a different browser, try clearing your cache and deleting eBay cookies in your original Chrome browser.

Chrome by default will only clear the most recent cache items unless you specifically select "for all time".

Clearing the cache alone didn't work, but when i deleted cookies it worked.  I haven't had to do that on Firefox before so thank you for the help!
