Internal Error (ME200)

I keep getting this message Internal Error (ME200) when trying to upload pictures. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

This happens occasionally. I have heard this is a "cookies" issue. Try this:  log out of ebay, clear your cookies and cache and log back in. Are you using the Quick listing tool or the Advanced listing tool?

This is right, but it may be a glitch.  If so, you need to contact CS and report it~they may be able to give you an update as to when to try again.  I have read past threads when I did an online search for your error message that said CS said try in two hrs, or try in 24 hrs, etc.

You might want to post this on the Tech Issues Board as I believe Ebay employees monitor that.

This keeps getting posted but I see no evidence of it being true. eBay will show up if tagged, but otherwise mostly crickets.
