I sold a Bottega bag, and when I first sold it, eBay authenticated it and confirmed that it was genuine, noting a minor issue with the bag. eBay provided photos showing the issue. However, the buyer decided not to complete the purchase. Using the photos and information provided by eBay, I updated the listing and relisted the bag for sale.
The bag was returned to me, and I sold it to a second buyer in the exact same condition as before. However, this time, the bag failed eBay's authentication process with entirely different inspection results. I had sent the bag in the same condition as it was initially inspected.
I feel frustrated and unfairly treated by this situation.
