Trying to translate this hurts my brain so I am going to guess on the question. If you are talking about a free listing offer you received be sure to read the fine print. It probably said you have to use your store listings first before you can use the promotion.

Did you read through the promo you received.  I don't know if yours was the same as mine, but the one I got was 100 listings for 5 cents each.  They weren't free.  What did the promo you received say?

Insertion fee

This is the third thread you have started on this subject.

Going back to your post about the Jan 5 promotion, that one was for the auctions format only. On this account the only listings I see are all fixed price format. So I suspect the reason you were charged for the Jan 5th promotion is because the listing format did not qualify for the promotion.

For your current promotion, you will need to send us three things:

1) the full text of the promotion; and

2) an example of a listing number for which you were charged an insertion fee

3) how many insertions eBay says you have remaining on the promotion

Only then can we explain to you why your listing may not have qualify.
