Insertion and Gallery Plus fees?

I have had an eBay store for years, and have a Premium subscription. 

I am attempting to list a vintage book (normally sell collectibles) and it says I will be charged an insertion fee and a gallery plus fee. I am far under the number of listings I am allowed, so don't understand the insertion fee. 

Are books charged a GP fee now? It's been quite some time since I've sold any.

Gallery Plus is free only in selected categories: Collectibles, Art, Pottery & Glass, and Antiques.

Are you sure the insertion fee is not some other listing upgrade fee? Or for a second category? Or auction format, where you don't get any free insertions in Books category?

Books aren't free to list under auctions? That's good to know, and explains the 15 cents. Thanks.

Still no ability to deselect Gallery Plus though. Weird.
