It seems unfair to me that Ebay sends a payout they report to IRS & then removes half through Paypal

I might add that the part they remove is not reported to the IRS. that has caused me to have to remove all my listings. I don't like that the IRS is not told the amount we make after the seller's fees and shipping costs. That would be more honest.
