You could if you were willing to invest a little time and effort into selling. Stop posting nonsensical questions and answers and get to work.

You can only know about that if you actually read ebay's user agreement which contains links for everything. You must have skipped over the reading part.
Also a policies link is at the bottom of any page.

Ok i'm going to be nice on this one. 😃
Hello seller from Sri Lanka! I would love to tell you all about final value fees but it's quite completed and lengthy. Perhaps you would be better off reading it from the ebay site. All the information you need to know is there. It is also more accurate than getting the information from me. I will provide some handy links for you...

Hello and welcome!
Just in case you have been told differently, posting here in the forum offers no advantage regarding your standing on eBay. It does not have any direct impact on your ability to make sales.
Don’t get me wrong, sellers can learn important things here that might improve overall sales once a new seller actually begins listing, but just the act of posting per se does nothing to ensure success on eBay.

Did you not read all the links Mr Lincoln gave you in your other thread? You marked his post as "most helpful" and it surely was - Mr Lincoln was kind enough to give you links to about every aspect of selling.
My courteous suggestion would be to read the material via the links you were kindly given by Mr Lincoln in your other thread.
All the best.

If you want to know about Final Value Fees then why did you use Insertion Fees as the topic of your post? They are not the same thing. Which thing are you concerned about? My dear mother used to tell me as a child "ask the right questions and you just might get the right answers"

And the most important question to ask is 'When can I legally use Paypal or any payment processor to receive foreign funds in my country ?
This question of course will need to be asked of your government, not eBay.

That question just gets ignored (I think they already know the answer to that one) so I thought I'd try another approach.

You not only could, but you **bleep** well should.
