Insertion Fees

Hello, I am new to selling on eBay. I listed 4 items recently and they came up as being "no fees" and have come off my number of free listings with no insertion fees on my list of active promotions. However on the current invoice (not end of month) each of them is being listed as a 35p insertion fee. Is this normal, are promotions taken off at the end of the month, 3 of the items didn't sell? Thanks for the help.

You are logged into eBay.com, The USA site. I'm not sure if rates are the same in the UK as here in USA, You might get a better answer if you log out here and into eBay.co.uk. I don't even know what a pence is. Good Luck to you.

Your discounts (or free insertions) are applied at the end of the billing cycle.
