Inquiry About Order Delay and Missing Order in Dashboard (Order #13-12512-78606)

I am reaching out regarding an order that was shipped on December 29. The order number is 13-12512-78606, and the package is being shipped from South Korea to Canada.

The estimated delivery date shown to the buyer is March 3, 2025 - March 11, 2025. Could this delay be due to a Canada Post strike?

Additionally, I am unable to see this order (13-12512-78606) in my order management section. Could you please let me know why this order is not visible and how I can view its status?

When an item leaves one country to another there will be a lapse of tracking since it might be on a ship or a plane or in customs or whatever.

Tracking will reappear once it is in Canada at some point.

There is a surplus of packages that did pile up in Canada.

March 3rd....that's far far away for delivery..

I looked at your items sold...nothing for that length of time for delivery...strange.

However, there was a ban on shipping to Canada (in USA) so maybe eBay extended the time frame.

I mailed a number of items since to Canada without a problem.

Depending on the shipping service you used you will may have to track it on the carriers site rather than on eBay.

     The only item I see that you sold around that time is the following. Looking at it from a Canadian buyers perspective I see the following estimated delivery dates. Not sure why you are seeing the March dates. You are in South Korea and I am not familiar with the shipping service you may have used to ship the item. What does the tracking currently show as far as shipping status?

     The Canadian postal strike caused a number of delays and even after operations resumed it took, is taking, them awhile to work off the backlog. Even though the strike was ended on 17 December 2024 the United States Postal Service (USPS) did not start accepting shipments for Canada until 6 January 2025. There is the possibility that eBay was factoring in extra time due to the strike. Your package may actually arrive before the eBay projected date.
