Indefinite suspension from selling

Hello,

This is my first post I haven't been selling on ebay very long now just a few months. I've sold over 30 items and over a 1000 all together. One item I sold was a mens trim that was 20 dollars. USPS sent the item to the wrong part of the country causing it to be delayed. The buyer then opened an INR case I told them it would be delivered very soon. Ebay immediately sided with the buyer closing the case in their favor 3 days before my respond by date. Because of this ebay then restricted my account from selling. The item was then delivered a few days later so I appealed. My appeal was denied and my account was then permanently suspended without an option for appeal. Other than that my account is flawless. I have a 100% positive feedback and all items are shipped and delivered on time my account even says above standard selling performance. I have no clue what to do.

Some questions come to mind about the INR case.  What was the time line? Did you respond to the INR case in a timely manner?  Did you upload the tracking?  What did the tracking say?

But all that doesn't really matter.

It doesn't seem right that ebay would suspend you for 3 days (let alone permanently) just for a INR.

I would contact ebay and try and straighten this whole mess out.

Did you enter the tracking number in the item not received case?

^This. I doubt it was related to the INR...probably VeRO related or something.

You might want to contact CS through the ebay for business page on facebook. If what you say is true it seems off. However, if there is more the story please let us know.

Yep, selling an Amazon product for well below Amazon's price will usually rouse some suspicions and get you suspended every time.

Just curious with your sales, were you drop shipping from Amazon? Or ordering the items after they were sold here?

Why is that? If I bought something on Amazon that I couldn't return for some reason and try to unload for $.50 on the dollar there is nothing wrong with that.

I immediately responded to the INR case on a Friday and told the buyer it looks to be running late but will be there soon. They didn't respond back. The case said I had Wednesday to come to a solution. When I checked my account on Monday after the weekend I found my account suspended and the case was closed in the buyers favor. Two days before the deadline. Tracking was uploaded tracking even shows delivered to individual when I appealed I told ebay cs that the buyer received the item and they didn't care. I lost my appeal and was permanently suspended.
