Hello:
I restarted my long dormant ebay account around the beginning of the year and began selling in earnest. In March, my account was put on hold and I was asked to send receipts and tracking numbers for everything I had sold, which I did and my account was reinstated. With my account reinstatement, however, I was told that I would be restricted "indefinitely" from listing in the Jewelry and Watches category. This struck me as a little bit strange since I had sold maybe two or three small Pandora charms, but since I don't focus on Jewelry and Watches I didn't think much of it.
Fast-forward to now, and I am trying to list a watch. I go to make the listing, and I'm told that my account is still restricted from listing in the Jewelry and Watches category. I called ebay customer service and was transferred to an account specialist, who couldn't give me any explanation for why the restriction was put in place, but told me that it is permanent and non-appealable.
Is this actually the case? Is there no way to appeal, or at least find out why this restriction was put in place?

From what we know..indefinitely means forever.

Pandora are a highly counterfeited item and Pandora don't like people selling their stuff on eBay. That may be a clue.
