New sellers have limits placed on their accounts until they can prove that they are capable.
And as a newbie you dodged a bullet not being able to list an electronic item. It is a scam magnet expecially for new sellers who are not familiar with all the ways you can be ripped of here.
List some ommon items. Build up your feedback. And if all successful you can ask ebay to raise your limits.
And read these boards. Become familiar as to how you can become a successful seller and how to protect yourself against scammers.

It's a phone CASE not the actual phone!
As a new seller you probably have a limit of 10 items. You two listings have a quantity of 4 and a quantity of 5. You probably sold one of the listing with 4 so.....
you have sold 1
you have 9 listed
That is your total of ten
If you change the quantity on the listing of 5 down to 2 then you will have 3 available listings to use.
You can apply for an increase in your limit every 30 days, DO NOT ask for an increase more frequently because each time you ask the clock restarts and you'll have to wait another 30 days before you can have any hope of an increase.

In mY eBay where it shows you your current limits, there is a link to click to increase your limits.
Last time I used it I was just sent to another page which explained how frequently you can ask for an increase and some details about the limit system. You then click on another link which usually gives you a phone number to call.
Most limit increase requests require a phone call where you'll be asked a few simple questions to justify your request. It's a simple procedure that will usually result in an increase as long as things have been going along without issues (high levels of returns, late shipments, policy violations).

It has been over a year since I last sold. I've looked in "My Ebay" and am unable to locate my limit. Will someone be more specific as to it's location? I really did look for it before asking😊

If you are referring to your currencyoftime user id then you won't be able to find it. Listing limits are only displayed for sellers who registered after 2011, older accounts do have a limit but there are not published unless you ask.
Most accounts prior to 2011 have VERY HIGH limits unless they get in to trouble and are sanctioned by eBay. At that point the limits might show up.
I have a number of selling accounts, only the new ones display the limits.
