FYI, if you have a Buyer who starts a return, BUT DOESN'T ship the item back to you, eBay is going to put a hold on your funds for 35 BUSINESS days - The site will tell you that your funds will be released after 30 days, but it doesn't mention that that is "business" days and now they have extended that to 35 '"business" days because of Covid-19. I had a Buyer that started a return on May 28th and never shipped the item back, eBay stated that she had until June 29th and after that the payment hold would be removed from my account (it wasn't). I called them and was told that because of Covid-19, my funds would be held for 35 business days and that my account would reflect the funds being returned to me on JULY 20th, IF the Buyer still hadn't shipped the item back by that time, are you kidding me? Now she has until July 20th to ship something back that she started a return on May 28th? This is ridiculous and believe me, I let them know that as well as reminding them that the Sellers were their bread and butter!
