Yes, i have seen the logic of the limit.

but, i have been a member since 2005, i have been a buyer still after i paused selling and i have a 4307 feedback score. I am not a newbie or unknown

Yes i have clicked on the increase limit button numerous times in the last three months. I am surprised it doesn't charge me with assault.

Does this actually get fixed at some stage or am i in a monty python skit

If you have not listed in a while, it appears that eBay is now setting a very low listing limit ($10 or one item in some cases) to prevent dormant accounts from being hijacked and used to promote scam listings.

You will likely need to contact customer service for an account review and to have your limit raised to a reasonable level.
