Since you are a new seller here, eBay puts selling limits on your account to help you grow your business in a manageable way and to ensure you can give your buyers great service. As you get more comfortable meeting buyer demand, eBay will increase your limit.
Until you show that you have a track record of delivering on time and customers being satisfied and not a lot of returns filed against you, it will be difficult to get eBay to increase your limits.
Your selling limits will not increase until; it's been more than 90 days since your first successful sale and when you've had more than 25 transactions and $250 in sales.
However, it doesn't hurt to try from time to time and request an increase from time to time. Here is the link to eBay's selling limits page, where you can request for an increase there.
Hope this helps!

First, there must be a history of successful transactions before eBay will raise selling limits. It appears, to date, that there are none--yet. At least not on this account. So, if I were you, I would use this time to focus on making those sales, and put raising your limits on the back burner for the time being. I know it must seem important to raise the limits, thinking the more you list, the more you will sell, and this is generally true, but not in this case, I believe.
I remember answering one of your other posts recently, and i'm afraid what i said then is still true-- that it is very difficult to get established on eBay by selling unbranded, generic items drop-shipped from China that hundreds of other sellers also have listed. I'm sorry not to be more encouraging, but I wish you the very best and hope your sales will pick up. We are going into the prime selling season of the year. You may have better luck during the 4th quarter.
