Incorrect holds stopping me from shipping and support keeps acting like they dont know anything

I had a return open in feb and zero funds where placed on hold. I was told this was a new policy update because of the incovenice caused to users.  Now a return is open and they place funds on hold and it is literally preventing me from shipping current orders and support keeps acting like i am making this stuff up.  GET IT TOGETHER EBAY, STOP SUCKING AND YOU MIGHT NOT KEEP LOSING USERS LEFT AND RIGHT

I'm not quite sure why you can't ship current orders?

If you don't ship, you will lose your account. It's not eBay stopping you from shipping. You have other options to fund your labels, AND you can buy labels anywhere else you want to. 

I suspect looking at your past negative feedback, that you have an open INAD. 

Don't worry, if you are doing a poor job as a seller, you won't be selling much longer here. Your most recent negative foretells that story.
